B12 Deficiency
Hi Everyone, I have a B12 Deficiency and I have been taking B12 supplements.  A Doctor, who is a friend of mine is recommending I switch over to an IM B12 injection. Can anyone tell me what other form of therapies they recommend apart from the IM B12 injections?
