You can judge the effectiveness of a muscle building routine by its ability to make you stronger. Your ability to gradually increase the weights you are lifting is a good indication of the success of your routine. Gains are more dramatic at the start of your program. In the initial stages Alpha Limit you should be able to raise your maximum weight by about five percent after two workouts. Think about what you may be doing wrong if you aren't having the progress you want. If you feel weak during this workout session Alpha Limit it is possible you are not entirely recovered from your last session.
