In a bowl, combine flours, splenda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and whey protein powder.

in a small bowl, combine egg, milk, sweet potatoes, butter and yogurt; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

Stir in cranberries and nuts.

Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups half full. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Bake at 375 for 18-22 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack.
