Directions:  
Heat an extra large skillet on medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Add frozen seasoning blend vegetables and saute until onions are translucent.
Add diced turkey sausage and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Increase heat to high and add water, drained and rinsed red beans and red beans mix.
Stir thoroughly and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce to a simmer, cover and cook 20-25 minutes stirringly occasionally.
When rice is tender, remove from heat, stir, and let stand for 5 minutes.
