Workout routine comments

Hello,
I am in bad shape...been walking daily but back and knees are killing me.
That alone is an accomplishment and I don't shy away from pain. The pain elevates my blood pressure and because I have MS I only have a 15-30 minute window before I am fatigued.
Looking forward to getting the weight off....
